3rd Generation and one of a few factories still making 6" traditional longhorns and 4" mini horns. All milk comes from local farms within a 20-mile radius.
Buy fresh cheese cut fresh off the horn and hand-wrapped or vacuum-sealed with advance notice.
Choices include: Colby (all ages), Colby-Jack, Monterey Jack, Chedder (Medium and Sharp) , Pepper Jack, Fire Jack , and Vegetable, Limburger, Swiss, Brick (medium and aged), Mozzarella, Farmers, String cheese, and sliced American cheese. Butter (1 lb box) and fresh cream (bring your own jar)are also available. Special requests can also be taken with one week notice for a cheese variety not on the list.
Call ahead (the night before or very early in the morning) for fresh cheese curds- and they’ll set your order aside ready for when you get there.
